Common use of Negotiations Sessions Clause in Contracts

Negotiations Sessions. Only members of the respective negotiation teams may be present during negotiations sessions. Other parties may be permitted to be present only by mutual agreement of the parties. No recordings or official transcripts shall be made without mutual agreement of the parties. Negotiations will be conducted at the times, dates, and places mutually agreed to by the parties. The time, date and places of subsequent sessions will be set by mutual agreement of the parties prior to the close of each negotiation session. Negotiations meetings shall be scheduled at times which will not interfere with the teacher workday and the educational programs of the district. 1160
