Negotiations Sessions. 4.3.1 Negotiations will be conducted between the representatives of the parties and only in regular negotiation sessions at the times, dates, and places mutually agreed upon by the parties. Scheduling of subsequent sessions will be made prior to the close of each current negotiations session.
