NEGOTIATED LOANS. From time to time, the Company may request, through an Authorized Person, and a Bank may, but shall not be obligated to, agree to make, a Loan in U.S. Dollars bearing interest at a rate per annum, and for a fixed period, agreed to by the Relevant Bank and the Company (each, a "Negotiated Loan" and collectively, the "Negotiated Loans").
