Negative Pledge; Indebtedness. Not permit: (a) Secured Recourse Indebtedness, other than the Credit Extensions, in excess of Three Hundred Million Dollars ($300,000,000) (solely to the extent of the recourse portion thereof), subject to a Two Hundred Million Dollars ($200,000,000) sublimit (solely to the extent of the recourse portion thereof) for collateralized receivables. (b) The incurrence of any Indebtedness (other than the Credit Extensions) secured by any Lien on any Borrowing Base Property or Equity Interest Collateral.
