Negative Decision Clause Samples
A Negative Decision clause defines the process and consequences when a particular request, application, or proposal is formally denied or rejected. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for making such a decision, the notification procedures to inform the affected party, and any rights to appeal or respond. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and fairness in decision-making processes, providing clear steps and recourse in the event of a denial.
Negative Decision. If we decide that there was not an Unauthorized Transaction or Error, we will include an explanation of our decision in our email to you. If you, Paying User, received a provisional credit, we will remove it from your Account and notify you of the date and amount of the debit. You may request copies of the documents that we used in our investigation and which we used as a basis for our decision.
