Negation of Rights of Limited Partners, Assignees and Third Parties. Except as set forth in Section 3.9, the provisions of this Agreement are enforceable solely by the Parties, and no limited partner, member, or assignee of Anadarko, the Partnership, the General Partner or other Person shall have the right, separate and apart from Anadarko, the Partnership or the General Partner, to enforce any provision of this Agreement or to compel any Party to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
