NDIS. 4.1 This Agreement is made within the context of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (‘NDIS’), which is a scheme that aims to:
(a) support the independence and social and economic participation of people with disability; and
(b) enable people with a disability to exercise choice and control in the pursuit of their goals and the planning and delivery of their supports.
4.2 This Agreement is made for the purpose of providing Support Services under the Participant’s NDIS Plan.
NDIS. Under the operation of Royal Rehab, a registered provider of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, NDIA participants may be able to seek financial assistance for their Club Sargood Memberships through their NDIS plans.
