NCMC Governance Sample Clauses

NCMC Governance. A description of the proposed governance for the new independent non-profit corporation to be incorporated by Howard, including the representatives that the District may appoint to the board of directors. The new non-profit corporation will bear the name, “National Capital Medical Center” (“NCMC”) and may, at the request of Howard, do business under a name that includes ▇▇▇▇▇▇ University or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ University College of Medicine.
