Nature of Obligations of Lenders Regarding Loans. The obligations of the Lenders under this Agreement to make the Loans are several and are not joint or joint and several. The failure of any Lender to make available its Pro Rata Share of any Loans requested by the Borrowers shall not relieve it or any other Lender of its obligation, if any, hereunder to make its Pro Rata Share of such Loans available on the borrowing date, but no Lender shall be responsible for the failure of any other Lender to make its Pro Rata Share of such Loans available on the borrowing date.
