NATURE OF OBLIGATIONS AND PERFORMANCE. 2.1 Contractor must perform the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract and in a diligent, safe, competent, professional, and timely manner. Contractor acknowledges that (i) it has read and understood such terms and conditions; (ii) such terms and conditions reflect commercial positions and are not considered unfair; and (iii) it has had adequate opportunity to review and negotiate and, if desired, seek legal advice on such terms and conditions.
