Nature of Expenses. Without prejudice to any other rights available to the Trustee under applicable law, when the Trustee incurs expenses or renders services in connection with an Event of Default, the expenses (including reasonable charges and expenses of its counsel) and compensation for its services are intended to constitute expenses of administration under applicable federal or state bankruptcy, insolvency or similar law.
