Nature of Certain Obligations. The representations, warranties, and covenants in this Agreement are joint obligations. This means that the Sellers will be jointly responsible to the extent provided in §8 above for the entirety of any Adverse Consequences the Buyer may suffer as a result of any breach thereof.
