Natural Features. Any open spaces shall be designed and landscaped to create natural areas that add to the overall aesthetics of the Development. For the purpose of ensuring long-term preservation of open space and natural features within the Development, all open space and storm water drainage and detention areas and facilities, shall be perpetually preserved as unimproved areas by way of provisions of the Condominium Documents for all parts of the Development.
