Native Plants. Lessee shall not move, use, destroy, cut or remove or permit to be moved, used, destroyed, cut or removed any cactus, protected native plants or products of the land except that which is necessary for the use of the Parcel, and then only with the prior written approval of Lessor, and such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. If the removal or destruction of plants protected under the Arizona Native Plant Law is necessary to the use of the Parcel, Lessee shall also obtain the prior written approval of the Arizona Department of Agriculture.

Native Plants. This Master Contract (“Master Contract”) is made and entered into by and between the State of Washington acting by and through the Department of Enterprise Services, a Washington State governmental agency (“Enterprise Services”) and Seeds, Inc., DBA: Plants of the Wild, a Washington Corporation (“Contractor”) and is dated and effective as of September 15, 2022.
Native Plants. The JOC Contractor shall take whatever steps, procedures or means necessary to remove, move, displace and save all native plants within the contract work area in accordance with the City of Sedona's Land Development Code, Native Plants, and all applicable state and county statutes, ordinances, codes and other policy requirements and recognized methods, procedures, techniques and equipment for protection, salvage, and handling of all plants to be moved from the construction area. This is not a pay item unless specified upon the Schedule of Bid Items.

Native Plants. This project will facilitate the installation of approximately 960 native plants in place of higher water using plants at residential, commercial, and public sites. • The rebate will be approximately $5 per plant. Rebates paid will not exceed the project cost as supported by project invoices. Water Agency will keep all submitted copies of invoicing.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Common Facilities Common Facilities shall mean the non-assigned parking areas; lobby; elevator(s); fire stairs; public hallways; public lavatories; all other general Building facilities that service all Building tenants; air conditioning rooms; fan rooms; janitors' closets; electrical closets; telephone closets; elevator shafts and machine rooms; flues; stacks; pipe shafts and vertical ducts with their enclosing walls. Lessor may at any time close temporarily any Common Facilities to make repairs or changes therein or to effect construction, repairs or changes within the Building, or to discourage non-tenant parking, and may do such other acts in and to the Common Facilities as in its judgement may be desirable to improve the convenience thereof, but shall always in connection therewith, endeavor to minimize any inconvenience to Lessee.

  • Access to Properties Subject to the rights of Tenants, Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Properties or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.

  • Alpine Areas The employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $2.50 per hour worked on projects in alpine areas.
