National Training Fund. The rate at which the Employer shall contribute to the National Training Fund in all geographic areas west of the Manitoba/Ontario border for each hour of work performed, and in all geographic areas east of the Manitoba/Ontario border for each hour of work earned, by each employee shall be: May 1, 2013 - $0.90 per hour The National Training Fund shall be administered by a Board of Trustees consisting of three (3) members appointed by the Union and three (3) members appointed by the Association.
