National Construction Code. The National Construction Code that applies in the State or Territory where the Works are located, as amended from time to time, produced and maintained by the Australian Building Codes Board on behalf of the Commonwealth Government and each State and Territory Government.
National Construction Code. The Hirer must comply with the National Construction Code (“Code”) Given effect through the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (Cth) and the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2011 (Cth) as amended from time to time.
