NASDAQ Authorization. The shares of Parent Common Stock that shall be issued pursuant to this Agreement shall have been authorized for listing on NASDAQ, subject to official notice of issuance.
NASDAQ Authorization. The SPSS Common Stock to be issued pursuant to this Agreement will, on the date required by NASDAQ, be registered on the NASDAQ Stock Market's National Market, subject to official notice of issuance.
