Names submitted. The local edu- cational agency must only submit the names of school children certified for free or reduced price meal benefits or free milk to the agency administering an eligible program, the Medicaid pro- gram or the SCHIP program. Names and other identifiers of adult or non- school children must not be submitted for direct verification purposes.
