NAMES; PRIOR ACQUISITIONS. All names under which GEI and its Subsidiaries do business as of the date hereof are identified on Schedule 3.26. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.26, neither GEI nor any Subsidiary has changed its name or used any assumed or fictitious name, or been the surviving entity in a merger, acquired any business or changed its principal place of business or chief executive office within three years.
