NAMES; PRIOR ACQUISITIONS. All names under which the Company and each of its subsidiaries does business, as of the date hereof, are specified in Section 5.19 of the Company Disclosure Schedule. Except as set forth in Section 5.19 of the Company Disclosure Schedule, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has changed its name or used any assumed or fictitious name, or been the surviving entity in a merger, acquired any business or changed its principal place of business or chief executive office, within the past three years.
