Common use of Named Fiduciary and Plan Administrator Clause in Contracts

Named Fiduciary and Plan Administrator. The Named Fiduciary and Plan Administrator (hereinafter “Administrator) of this Endorsement Method Split Dollar Agreement shall be the Board of Directors of the Bank. The Administrator may designate a replacement Administrator at any time, or may delegate to others certain responsibilities, including the employment of advisors and the delegation of any ministerial duties to qualified individuals.
