Name Changes; Location Changes. (a) The Borrower shall immediately notify the Lender if it is known by or conducting business under any names other than those set forth in Section 3.14 hereof. (b) The Borrower shall immediately notify the Lender if the Borrower is conducting any of its businesses or operations at or out of offices or locations other than those set forth on Schedule 3.12 hereto, or it if changes the location of its chief executive office.
