Name Changes; Location Changes. (a) Within a reasonable time, notify Lender if Borrower is known by or conducting business under any names other than those set forth on Schedule 4 annexed hereto and made part hereof, and (b) Within a reasonable time, notify Lender if Borrower is conducting any of its business or operations at or from offices or locations other than set forth on Schedule 4 annexed hereto and made part hereto, or if it changes the location of its chief executive office.
