Name Changes; Location Changes. (a) Borrower shall promptly notify Lender of any changes in the name of Borrower or if Borrower is known by or conducting business under any names other than those set forth in this Agreement. (b) Borrower shall deliver not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice to Lender if Borrower intends to conduct any of its Business or operations at or out of offices or locations other than those set forth in Section 5.4(l) of the Borrower’s Disclosure Schedule, or if it changes the location of its chief executive office or the address at which it maintains its books and records.
