Common use of Name Changes; Location Changes Clause in Contracts

Name Changes; Location Changes. (a) Borrower shall promptly notify Lender if Borrower is known by or conducting business under any names other than those set forth in this Agreement; and (b) Borrower shall deliver not less than thirty (30) Business Days prior written notice to Lender if Borrower intends to conduct any of its business or operations at or out of offices or locations other than those set forth in this Agreement, or if it changes the location of its chief executive office or the address at which it maintains its books and records or the location of any of the Collateral.
