Common use of Name Agents Clause in Contracts

Name Agents. The parties hereto acknowledge that the Arrangers hold such title in name only, and that such title confers no additional rights or obligations relative to those conferred on any Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.

Name Agents. The parties hereto acknowledge that the Arrangers hold Arranger holds such title in name only, and that such title confers no additional rights or obligations relative to those conferred on any Lender hereunder, other than those rights expressly provided to or for the L/C Issuer benefit of the Arranger hereunder.
