NACHA Rules/Regulation E. The City agrees to comply with all rules and operating guidelines of the National Automated Clearing House Association (“NACHA”) and the Mid-America Payment Exchange (collectively, the “NACHA Rules”). The City further agrees to comply with the Electronic Funds Transfer Act, Federal Reserve Regulation E and similar state laws and regulations, as applicable. The City understands that the City will be considered the originator of transactions and that the Bank will be considered the originating depository financial institution of transactions.
