Nabídka. Offer. Neurčí-li Objednatel lhůtu delší, zavazuje se Dodavatel do 15 (patnácti) Pracovních dnů od obdržení Zadání, zaslat kontaktní osobě Objednatele uvedené v Příloze č. 1 této Smlouvy cenovou nabídku na realizaci Zadání (dále jen „Nabídka“), která bude obsahovat minimálně: Unless the Customer stipulates a longer term, the Contractor undertakes to send to the Customer’s person indicated in Schedule 1 hereof a price offer for the implementation of the Request (hereinafter the “Offer“) within 15 (fifteen) Business Days from the receipt of the request, such Offer to contain at least the following:
Nabídka. 2.1 Platnost nabídky je omezena na 6 měsíců.
2.2 Naše nabídky jsou součástí firemního vlastnictví a nemohou být bez našeho souhlasu poskytnuty třetí straně.
