Mutually Agreed Upon Change. If a Change Order increases or decreases the scope of the Work, then the Contract Price will be adjusted accordingly as mutually agreed upon by the parties. All mutually accepted changes to the Work and the Contract Price will be fully set forth in a written Change Order signed by both parties.
