Common use of Mutual Support Clause in Contracts

Mutual Support. 25.1 The Parties must at all times co-operate and consult with each other in good faith insofar as may be reasonably necessary in order to procure the implementation of this Agreement. 25.2 The Parties undertake at all times to do all such things, to perform all such acts and take all such steps and to procure the doing of all such things, the performance of all such actions and the taking of all such steps as may be open to them and necessary for, or incidental to, the putting into effect and maintenance of the terms, conditions and import of this Agreement. 25.3 If one of the Parties requires the consent of another Party in order to obtain any licence, consent or approval, that other Party will give that assistance provided that it is reimbursed with the reasonable costs of providing that assistance.
