Mutual Commitments. The Bank and the Company agree to make payment of ------------------ all amounts due the Employee in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the elections made by the Employee herein. The Employee agrees to be bound by the terms of the Agreement, as in effect on the date hereof and as properly amended hereafter.
