Common use of Mutual Commitments Clause in Contracts

Mutual Commitments. ‌ 20 The parties to this Contract are mutually committed to the development of an efficient, 21 cost effective, integrated, person-driven, age specific recovery and resilience model 22 approach to the delivery of quality community mental health services. To that end, the 23 parties are mutually committed to maximizing the availability of resources to provide 24 needed mental health services in the Service Area, maximizing the portion of those 25 resources used for the provision of direct services and minimizing duplication of effort.
