Mutilated, Destroyed, Lost or Stolen Bonds Sample Clauses

The "Mutilated, Destroyed, Lost or Stolen Bonds" clause outlines the procedures and requirements for replacing bonds that have been physically damaged, lost, or stolen. Typically, this clause specifies the documentation a bondholder must provide, such as proof of ownership and evidence of loss, and may require an indemnity or security to protect the issuer from potential claims.
