Common use of Mutilated, Destroyed, Lost and Stolen Rights Certificates Clause in Contracts

Mutilated, Destroyed, Lost and Stolen Rights Certificates. (a) If any mutilated Rights Certificate is surrendered to the Rights Agent, the Company shall execute and the Rights Agent shall authenticate and deliver in exchange therefor a new Rights Certificate of like tenor, for a like number of Rights and bearing a registration number not contemporaneously outstanding.

Mutilated, Destroyed, Lost and Stolen Rights Certificates. (a1) If any a mutilated Rights Certificate is surrendered to the Rights AgentAgent before the Expiration Time, the Company Corporation shall execute and the Rights Agent shall authenticate countersign and deliver in exchange therefor a new Rights Certificate of like tenor, for a like evidencing the same number of Rights and bearing a registration number not contemporaneously outstandingas did the Rights Certificate so surrendered.
