Common use of Munitions Clause in Contracts

Munitions. The Company represents that it does not engage in the manufacture, production, acquisition, development, use, or testing of any weapon or explosive device, nuclear or otherwise (collectively “Munitions”), and that the transaction(s) contemplated hereby will not facilitate, assist, encourage or induce the Company, or any other person or entity, in the manufacture, production, development, acquisition use or testing of any Munitions. In addition, the Company covenants not to control any Munitions.
