MULTIPLEX. Except as expressly set forth in Section 8(a) above, (i) the Separation Agreement and the Consulting Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect and (ii) none of the provisions of this Agreement shall, or shall be construed as, releasing, modifying, waiving, or reducing any of the representations, warranties, covenants and obligations of any of the parties to the Separation Agreement or the Consulting Agreement.
