MULTIPLE VENDORS Sample Clauses
The Multiple Vendors clause establishes the terms under which a party may engage or contract with more than one supplier or service provider for the same or related goods and services. Typically, this clause clarifies whether exclusivity is granted to a single vendor or if the client is free to source from competitors simultaneously, and may outline any notification or approval requirements. Its core function is to provide transparency and manage expectations regarding competition and collaboration, thereby preventing disputes over exclusivity and ensuring all parties understand their rights to work with multiple vendors.
