Multiple-User Access Sample Clauses

The Multiple-User Access clause defines the conditions under which more than one individual or entity can use or access a particular service, software, or resource under the agreement. Typically, it outlines whether access is limited to a single user or can be extended to multiple users, such as employees within a company, and may specify requirements like user identification or additional fees for extra users. This clause ensures clarity regarding who is authorized to use the service, helping to prevent unauthorized access and manage licensing or subscription terms effectively.
