Multiple Usage Clause Samples

The Multiple Usage clause defines the rights and limitations regarding the repeated use of a product, service, or intellectual property covered by the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies whether the purchaser or licensee can use the item more than once, such as installing software on multiple devices or reproducing materials for various projects. Its core function is to clarify the extent of permitted use, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over unauthorized or excessive usage.
