No subdivision approval or development permit shall be granted for any multiple unit dwelling development except in accordance with the following provisions: m2 g) Maximum building height: 4 habitable storeys (excluding Underground parking, common/ amenity areas, elevator overruns and rooftop amenity areas) h) A development permit may be issued to permit multiple main buildings that are multiple unit dwellings on a lot, provided the property could be subdivided into separate lots, each containing one of the buildings, with both resulting lots in compliance with the above minimum provisions.
