Common use of MULTIPLE TENANTS Clause in Contracts

MULTIPLE TENANTS. Each Tenant who signed the Lease Agreement shall sign this Pet Consent Agreement. Tenants and Tenants’ guest or occupants shall abide by all Pet rules provided herein. Each Tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for damages and all other obligations set forth here in, even if such Tenant does not own the Pet.
