Therefore, at a minimum, the division of responsibilities in the drafted agreement for your project must be coordinated with the vertical team (PDT, MSC, HQ, and, if necessary OASA(CW)) to ensure that the proposed division of obligations is acceptable and that all obligations are addressed. The changes outlined in paragraphs B.1., B.2., and C. of this note are required for multiple sponsors where such approach was documented fully in the approved decision document or otherwise was approved in writing by the HQ RIT.
