Multiple Purchases Clause Samples
The Multiple Purchases clause allows a buyer to make several separate purchases under the same agreement, rather than requiring a new contract for each transaction. Typically, this clause outlines the process for placing multiple orders, such as specifying how orders are submitted, accepted, and fulfilled, and may set limits or conditions for each purchase. Its core function is to streamline ongoing business relationships by reducing administrative burden and ensuring consistent terms across all purchases, thereby increasing efficiency and clarity for both parties.
