Multiple Physical Copies Clause Samples

The "Multiple Physical Copies" clause establishes the parties' agreement regarding the creation and use of more than one original, signed version of a contract or document. Typically, this clause allows each party to retain an original signed copy for their records, ensuring that all copies are equally valid and enforceable. Its core function is to prevent disputes over the authenticity or validity of any particular copy, thereby ensuring that all parties have reliable evidence of the agreement.
