Multiple Payments Sample Clauses
The Multiple Payments clause establishes that payments under the agreement will be made in several installments rather than as a single lump sum. Typically, this clause outlines the schedule, amounts, and conditions for each payment, such as milestone achievements or delivery of goods and services. Its core function is to facilitate cash flow management for both parties and to reduce risk by tying payments to performance or progress.
