Multiple Employer Retirement Plan Fee. If Client has elected to participate in any multiple employer 401(k) plan sponsored by Helpside, Client will pay to Helpside all required or discretionary contributions attributable to Client’s Covered Employees under that 401(k) plan in accordance with such periodic payment schedules as Helpside determines, in its sole discretion.
