Common use of Multiple Denominations Clause in Contracts

Multiple Denominations. In the event that any portion of the funds available under the terms of this Credit Agreement is denominated in one or more Optional Currencies, the Dollar Equivalent of such portion of the funds shall be calculated pursuant to the definition of "Dollar Equivalent". The amount so determined shall then be added to the amount already outstanding in Dollars for the purpose of determining the remaining availability of funds under Section 2.1 and Section 2.9.1 hereof and any required repayments under the following Section 2.9.4.
