Multiple Copies for Classroom Use Clause Samples
The "Multiple Copies for Classroom Use" clause permits educators to reproduce and distribute multiple copies of copyrighted materials for use in classroom settings. Typically, this applies to short works such as articles, poems, or excerpts, and is subject to limitations on the number of copies per student and the frequency of such copying. The core function of this clause is to facilitate educational instruction by allowing teachers to provide necessary materials to students without infringing on copyright, thereby supporting effective teaching while maintaining respect for intellectual property rights.
