Common use of Multiple contracts, single Subscribing Reinsurer Clause in Contracts

Multiple contracts, single Subscribing Reinsurer. a. Either the Company or any single Subscribing Reinsurer has the right to combine one arbitration proceeding before a single Panel where such disputes involve this Contract and any additional contracts between the two Parties. b. Notwithstanding the foregoing, subject in each instance to the mutual agreement of the Parties, new issues, claims, or disputes may be added to such existing arbitration proceeding.
