A Multiple Class Plan clause establishes the framework for creating and managing different classes of shares or interests within a company or investment vehicle. Multiple Class Plan. In case a Fund has multiple classes of shares, any amount of fees or expenses waived, paid or reimbursed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be allocated among the classes of shares of the Fund in accordance with the terms of the Fund’s multiple class plan pursuant to Rule 18f-3 under the 1940 Act.
Multiple Class Plan. The Trust has adopted this Plan to enable the Trust to directly or indirectly bear expenses related to (a) the distribution and sale of C Shares (collectively, the "Shares") of the portfolios of the Trust, as now in existence or hereinafter created from time to time, (each a "Portfolio"), and (b) the shareholder servicing of such Shares.
