Multiple Claim Forms. If a Class Member submits more than one Claim Form and does not submit a request for exclusion or files an objection, then the Class Member shall be an Approved Claimant. If a Class Member submits more than one valid and timely Claim Form, the Class Member shall only be eligible to receive a Settlement Award as if one valid and timely Claim Form was submitted.
